Counseling
Utilizing multiple therapeutic tools and interventions, we provide a variety of counseling approaches. With a heavy focus on person-centered treatment, counseling sessions are designed to meet you where you are at, and to focus on the goals you identify. Whether talk therapy, behavior-based or a holistic or integrative approach, counseling sessions are tailored to provide the greatest support for your goals.
Couple’s Counseling
Relationships can be hard, and sometimes people encounter roadblocks. However your relationship looks, whether a more traditional couple to ethical non-monogamy, poly or others, we approach counseling from a place of openness and respect. Couples counseling is designed to help improve communication and explore needs, both met and unmet, within the relationship dynamic.
Psychoeducation
We offer psychoeducation on a number of topics, to include substance use (including for families of individuals with substance use disorder), alternative relationships, safely exploring kink (must be 18+), communication skills, coping skills and establishing and maintaining healthy boundaries. Psychoeducation is often used in conjunction with talk therapy but reach out to us if you are just interested in learning more about any of these topics.
